We process personal data of customers, suppliers, and applicants who either purchase from us, supply products to us, or voluntarily share their information with us. We handle all personal data with the utmost care and protect it in accordance with Dutch law.
The personal data
we process include name and address details, gender, phone/fax number, email address, bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, IP address, information about your activities on our website, and other personal data you actively provide. Applicants provide additional data such as their application letter, CV, name and address, gender, nationality, telephone number, email address, education, internships and work experience, references and testimonials, and (pass) photo provided on a voluntary basis.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
We process personal data for the purpose of executing our wholesale activities. We may contact you via telephone, fax, email, post, Whatsapp, push message on Android app or iOs app, and website live chat for the following reasons: 1. To allow you to create an account 2. We do not intend to collect data from persons under 18 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians, we do not supply products and/or services to minors.
